My price was even considered a reduced clearance price & non-returnable which makes the whole purchase totally pathetic. I was a sucker & bought a diamond tennis necklace for $2,279.99. I recently was watching their live presentation, being told how they were able to get all these beautiful gold closeout deals for amazing pricing & that they would be passing their savings onto the customers. I advised them I had not requested a refund, but was only responding their request for photos for the review. They replied indicating they could not provide a refund as they were purchased a year ago. I emailed them photos of the shirt and the beads.
I left a review (item 6127350) and someone from customer service left a voicemail asking if I would submit photos. Terribly embarrassed but was able to at least wash the blue off my neck in the ladies room. Had it on for 2 hours while getting a manicure /pedicure, caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror as I was leaving and was horrified! The blue dye was all over my neck and shirt. It was stored in my jewelry case, and in the same pouch it arrived in. Purchased a lapis bead necklace about a year ago and wore it for the first time in August. LC does millions of dollars a day, but I can't get my 421.88 back? That is the difference between what I was charged and what I was credited.īe careful of dyed beads. Now I come back and this is what is happening. Waste how many more hours of my time? I left LC a couple years ago because expensive stones were falling out of rings and bracelets. So now I have to try and dispute this with PayPal. Does this mean PayPal just makes up numbers to charge and take from its customers? I dont think so. It is the number of the item when I ordered it. That shoplc only charged the 434.58 and has no idea how PayPal came up with the number 856.46. Spent 1/2 hour last night waiting to speak to someone at LC and he says basically PayPal is charging me the wrong amount.

Later yesterday a credit showed up in my PayPal account for 434.58, but PayPal is still charging me the full price 856.46. 9 days later( yesterday) I emailed customer service and asked why I did not get a refund. I canceled the item and never got credit.
I ordered an item, at the time it came to 856.46.
